I believe that there are no better words in life to hear than "thank you." It expresses one's vulnerability, one's interdependence on another, and ultimately expresses one's polite satisfaction with an act, feeling or idea. And in life and in retail saying 'thank you' is the most selfless phrase I know.

I tend to ramble a little in these intros, but I hope that you read the common theme that threads them all together. I am very thankful of where I am today. I am thankful for my parents who took a chance on me, my employees who take chances for me, and my customers for continuing to take chances with me. Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
