ABC Bicycles

I have owned ABC Bicycles for eight years. Like many business owners, I started out by comparing us to the "other shops". Why did their customers shop there? Was it fancy merchandise? Was it price? How could I be like them? And then it just hit me - It really does not matter what they are doing.

I concluded that we needed our own vision, not a borrowed one. So, I decided I will run my business the way I would want to be treated.

We have dedicated ourselves to bringing our customers the very best in cycling. We started with excellent employees - Lloyd and David - and have made our customer service the best in the industry.

Our policy is simple. ABC Bicycles will educate, not dictate. We understand that the customer, although not always right, should always be satisfied. Our experiences with our customers, over the last five years, are priceless. And, the relationships we have developed have allowed us to grow with our customers and our customers to grow as bicyclists.

Our customers are our best critics, and our best advertising. They make us smile; they make us cry. They make us excited; they make us lose sleep. And, we wouldn't have it any other way.

Our vision, hard work, and our customers have gotten us where we are today. We have put a lot of time and effort into every aspect of our business, including this website. I hope that you enjoy it. Most of all, I hope that you will come and see us for all your bicycling needs.
